02 — The wedding weekend
A 250-guest celebration documented across three events, with each chapter kept in chronological order.
The weekend began at Villa Baulieu with an intentionally relaxed summer atmosphere: swimwear, striped food stations, drinks on the lawn and guests arriving into Provence without the formality of the wedding day.
For the second day, the celebration moved to Château de la Gaude. The mood shifted from poolside to garden-party elegance, with a new setting, evening light, dinner outdoors and dancing under string lights.
The wedding day returned to Villa Baulieu: bridal portraits inside the estate, the wedding party, ceremony arrivals, cocktail hour, dinner details and late-night dancing, with the architecture of the property tying the story back to where the weekend began.

Before the weekend, I prepared the coverage with the couple so the key people, timings and events were clearly identified. I worked with a second shooter throughout the celebration, allowing us to cover simultaneous moments without losing the continuity of the story.
